Strobilophones - Illuminated Parade

Strobilophones - Illuminated Parade

On Saturday 23 November, experience the Strobilophones, a work of illuminated street theatre featuring inflatable puppets, singers and dancers bringing colour and joy.

The Strobilophones will lead the popular Illuminated Parade from 6.30pm. Starting in Midland Street, the procession will weave its way down Eldon Street, through Peel Square and Queen Street before ending in The Glass Works Square.

They will be joined by the raving Disco Bike Dancers, the soaring Birds of Play and the mythical Eldon Street Beast for one final time as well as a host of community groups.

Want to get involved? Join the free family lantern sessions in The Glass Works on Saturday 9, Sunday 10 and Saturday 16 November. Limited places available. Book your free tickets.
